Jj's Italian Kitchen-(pizza, Sandwich, Catering, Dinner)

They confirmed my order but nothing was ever delivered. Eatstreet doesn't want to refund my money because they need this restaurant's consent. Even though their number does not work and they cant make contact with the restaurant. I'm not sure if reviews are real because I can't imagine a real restaurant doing this. Could this be some kind of scam?

Ordered before. Food was always good. Delivery time so, so. This time, I place a $50 order. And 45 minutes later it was cancelled. Here I am at 9:30 at night and have to RE-ORDER an entire meal for my family!!!!

Worst service I've experienced in a long time. Tried to order online now twice when in a pinch and needing to feed people. Both times the order has been canceled. The first no reason given. The second, they said the shop is closed they are open for another five hours. Don't bother ordering from them. One star is too much.

I've been ordering from JJ's through Grubhub for a year. They are my go-to for pizza. The ingredients are fresh and the food is always to my liking. The scope of my orders is limited, but I rate their pizza and consistency.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE. The worse take away I have ever ordered. Estimated time: 20-50 mins. It took 1.5hrs. It arrived cold. The food was awful. Everything was super greasy. It tasted terrible. All of it tasted terrible. Pizzas, fettuccine Alfredo, even the onion rings are bad. The garlic knots don't taste like garlic, they taste like pepper. The garlic bread is tough, like tough meat that you have to chew, except it's bread. It was awful.
