My wife and I had a great experience here. Just picking up two sandwiches for our hike the person checking us out was very nice and seemed to go out of their way to make sure we had the best experience. When asking us what type of bread we preferred they they also said if you want a bigger sandwich get the rye over the croissant. Which I really appreciated! Would come back here again for sure.
Tried today for the first time. Had a Seattle dog and a Chicago dog. Both were super fresh and flavorful. Biggest downside was that it took about a half hour to get our food (though it was worth the wait). I 'd definitely call ahead to order though next time!
Granted i didnt get a sandwhich just 2 polish dogs 2 bags of chips and a bottled soda $27 dollars ...... no refills BC of bottled drinks also no ice. quality is good but your paying for it.... service was very slow just with the polish dogs it was stated AA 20 MINTUTE WAIT. we ate inside and r ordrer was brought to us in a bag nothing as fancy as a tray even.... they do have a few outdoor tables. BC i like ice and refills and cost down a bit for A a polish dog i dont think i will be back also sandwhich menu was on a chalkboard with no prices listed with back up paper menus while u flipped thru it standing in line.
Pastrami Polish Dog with Sauerkraut. Pure magic. I really like this place. I'm still jumping around the menu and haven't settled on a favorite but that is just fine. I have not been disappointed yet. Mama had the Reuben which she said Is fantastic. The staff is friendly and they are prompt with the service. The dining room is furnished with a mix of old chairs and the tables are old big wooden wire spools. There are two tables on the sidewalk as well but they are weather dependent which here means they aren't used much. Try it out. You can't go wrong.
