Giovanni's Pizza - Mount Sterling

Ordered cheese sticks and they were served with raw doughy bread. Server offered to redo them. The second time, he asked if he could Box them to go so we decided to do that. Without looking, we accepted the box and was shocked to see what we got, bread was finished but there might have been 2 tablespoons of cheese total on 8 inches of breadsticks. Most didn't have any cheese. The Stromboli sandwich was undercooked with yellow and brown lettuce on it. When I called back to the store the same server said, I really don't care what you think. I asked to speak with an owner and he said she was stepping down, click. We eat at a lot of different Giavonnis and this is the worst experience we have had in 40 years of eating at this franchise.

We just ordered there food it took 40 minutes to get here. Which we didnt mind. But the food was not edible. I have never had anything quite that bad before. Wings are terrible! Got a 8 inch pizza and it tasted horrible. Noone would take more then a bite. Also ordered a 16 inch pepperoni.. it was hard to chew thru.. probably the worse pizza place in mt sterling. Waste of money.

Awesome pizza, sandwiches, fries cheese sticks. Great staff friendly and courteous.

Ordered a pizza for delivery today. Got here in like 30 min. No joke it was fresh and hot.the pizza is the only good pizza in town. 100% recommend

We walked in, sat, and waited several minutes for a waiter to acknowledge our presence. Eventually, a young curly hair waiter approached our table, seemingly irritated and asked what we'd like to drink. He brought us our drinks and walked away... Never to return ?. There were no other people in the restaurant.After 15 or 20 minutes we got up and left. It's disappointing to senle this behavior when so many locally owned business are struggling right no. So Melini's got our business, and our money.
