Our waitress did good but overall, the place did not feel welcoming.

Food horrible… service horrible… the owner needs to get up in that place n figure out how to run it right… smh…NOBODY should have to stand at the front door waiting for 7 mins to be seated then be left at a table with no menu… or drink or ANy service.To only have 3 people seated …walking out I let them know she looked at me all dumb founded…no apology … STOP hiring peeps who don’t want to work… cuz it’s too expensive to pay for crummy food n crummy service… ?Do better Posados…

Ordered food at Jacksonville location. Did not do order right. Had to drive miles back to have them redo the order. Manager would not offer anything for bad experience.Wasted gas, time and effort to get back and correct problem. Manager said I should take my business elsewhere. She had a bad attitude, with no customer service.

Gat basically a sampler meal. Chile releno, cheese enchilada, soft taco.. surprise chicken al carbon on the plate also not mentioned in menu). Cilantro lime rice slightly over cooked, tortilla soup was mostly vegetable soup with a piece of chicken.. Sunday @130, waited about 30 minutes for food delivery. Overall, I'll go back. Food was ok, nothing outstanding for flavor.

First time visiting this location. The tacos were good. However, I think the nachos were called 'Fiesta Nachos '. They were swimming and I mean swimming in grease. Tried to scrape and eat off the top. Really it takes a whole lot to mess up nachos. They did it with ease.
