Bidra med feedbackOrdered from the Lunch Specials. Great flavor without overpowering with seasoning.Kalbitang was very beefy and meat is very soft.Soondubu has a lot of tofu and flavorful without overdoing spiciness.
I have tried a few things here but my go to is the Dolsot Bibimbap, always great and satisfying. The side dishes are always to my liking, they vary from visit to visit, and that is ok with me. Prices have come up but are reasonable. I am often the only or one of the few customers who does not speak Korean there. It is not a fancy restaurant so prepare your expectations for a more relaxed, casual, almost street food style, dining experience.
Loved my experience at Pusan. I'm always looking for authentic food spots that serve food with fresh ingredients. I recommend the Bibimbap and the dumplings which was one of the best I've ever had. We bought the steamed dumplings which was packed with thinly sliced vegetables and meat.I also liked the fank soup which is on the spicier side. You could add steamed rice to it to make a hearty filling bowl.I was a little disappointed with the bulgogi. It wasn't grilled and lacked flavor and spices. I've had better bulgogi! The pork kimchi Bokum was also just an average dish and more on the sweeter side.Overall, a fun place to visit for some simple home cooked Korean food.
I am not Korean but travelled there many timeas.Taste is great and I love shorrib soup!!
Old fashioned but their foods are homey Tofu soup in Beef broth ? is so good ! Vegetarian options: Basically Korean kitchen has variety of Vegetable side dishes, named BanChan. 3-10 BanChans come basically with your orders. Here's a small old restaurant but because their BanChans are good fresh, I like here. Parking is so easy at the mall parking lot. Dietary restrictions: Except the basic BanChans, for each order they make right after we order, so I think they can modify the foods as we need ! Parking: A huge parking lot ! Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, we can use a wheelchair but we should pass 2 doors and they're not big. Someone should hold the each door for the wheelchair passing.
