Great food and great service with an amazing view. I went for the first time and had the Pork Rinds for a starter and they were amazing and so was the Pimento cheese that comes with him. Ends after choosing the Fat Boy Sandwich and really enjoyed it. My family also loved fried shrimps and the flounder. You have some of the best sweet potatoes I've ever had. The only thing I didn't care was the baked beans. Apparently, they are at some point smoked and smoked meat in them, so that the smoke taste was just a little too much. We'll be back next time we're in town.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by both the staff and the kitchen. Chef Chris was incredibly accommodating and fulfilled my requests perfectly. I celebrated my birthday here and truly enjoyed it. I will definitely return, and I highly recommend others to give it a try!

I had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious! I highly recommend the Fried Green Tomatoes with pimento cheese and bacon jam. We also tried the fried shrimp and group bites, both of which were delicious. The baked beans were incredible—I couldn't quite identify all the ingredients, but they definitely had bacon, BBQ, and sausage in them! The French fries were great too. The seating was comfortable, and the terrace was very dog-friendly. I can't wait to go back!

It was a lovely Carolina blue day, perfect for dining outside by the water at a quaint single table. The spacing between tables was accommodating, in line with health guidelines. Our waitress, Jacqueline, wore a mask and provided excellent service. I enjoyed shrimp with grilled sauce, which was absolutely delicious. Shem Creek boasts several excellent restaurants worth visiting.
