Belle Hall location in SC, store 154: 0/5 recommend.This company is AWFUL, as a part time shift leader I 've seen it all for almost a year. I got fired yesterday for speaking my mind about the favoritism and constant bullying that happens in that location. Managers choosing sides and ignoring all the drama that goes in that place. New hires being pulled aside and harassed by their prep person who swears she runs the place along with the AGM who allows and encourages the drama.Their AGM Camrin Austin smokes weed and drinks liquor on the clock. She needs to be drug tested because I 'm starting believe she may be smoking more than just weed due to her erratic behavior..The district manager, who is supposed to be filling in as the store GM since they don 't have one, is aware of EVERYTHING that goes on in that place and chooses to ignore the numerous complaints that have come from the other team members. So he doesn 't have to deal with it.Shifts are constantly short staffed and ONE PERSON is doing the role of 3 people and it 's ridiculous, no one there to help and the DM just doesn 't care. There are too many wannabe managers and everyone is allowed to make decisions regardless of title causing several problems.They are constantly hiring different family members causing several conflict of interest problems and if you chose to speak out about it, YOU GET FIRED.There PREP PERSON, Danielle White, who happens to be the mother in law of one of the shift managers was given a key, and allowed access to the SAFE/MONEY, I guess because her son in law works there? To me that 's a recipe for disaster. She was made a shift leader OVERNIGHT because everyone is buddy buddy with the District manager Chris Mims.Not to mention, the same prep person is now going to be getting trained to be the store GM whilst her son in law works there. She has allowed this to go to her head and has been telling several team members about her cleaning out house once she becomes GM, what a great way to start off that role, threatening other team members that their jobs are at stake. She swears to be a God loving woman but acts like a spawn Satan.Customers come in and see everything that goes on in that place, due to the constant bad reviews that come in everyday. The store never stays open until close anymore, mainly because the night shift is always short staffed and cannot handle being open due to business. They will schedule one person for line and expect that person to maintain in store and online transactions ON THEIR OWN. Complaints made to the DM get overlooked as if they aren 't his problem.To all new hires, RUN RUN RUN. This company is not worth the stress. The turnover rate for this place is at an all time high. New people won 't last a week, and they can 't keep associates due to all the mess that goes on. You get a glimpse of all the drama on your first day of employment. Its ridiculous.

Ordered a bowl, they forgot to ask me what beans I desired, I didnt notice. I got a bowl that weighed like 3 ounces with no beans and ALL of the rice was undercooked. Half raw rice on both of our meals. I managed to blame myself, until we realized the rice was actually uncooked.Lame and not worth the FIFTEEN dollars for each bowl. If you're going to waste pounds of food every night you might as well actually cook it or fill up customer's bowls appropriately. Food waste and price inflation at it's finest.
What has happened to this place??? It has really gone down since the last time we were there. Daughter and I stopped in for a late lunch on black Friday. Both of us ordered nachos with chicken. I don't remember the chicken being cold before. It definitely wasnt hot. The toppings were skimpy. Atmosphere wasn't very welcoming. Service was ok. Place was clean- that was the only plus. Sadly we won't be going back. This used to be our fave place.
