The customer service was phenomenal. the ladies in front made great recommendations. bee was delicious. the bathroom was also immaculate. reasonable prices! I wish you were in dallas

There are some really nice people who work at jo’s that they want to come back. they are always greeted with a smile, hear when they start a conversation the food / drinks are so good!

I was able to visit a friend here today, and I would advise everyone to think about going somewhere else or make sure there is a manager in front of location. after a short time with a big party, the room becomes very warm and if the manager is not in front of location, no one can turn on or off the A/C. if they want to enjoy their day and do not have all sweaty and smell at the end it go with another place.

Hands down my absolute coffee shop. With unique and flavorful drinks and perhaps the coziest interior I've been in Jo's remains a staple of my morning study sessions. The staff are all very friendly adding to the welcome environment. Best of all if you become a regular here you'll quick fill you're punch card for a free cup of Jo, absolutely fantastic experience here!

Jo's Coffee Shop is a great place. Everyone is so nice. You can set inside or outside and drink your coffee and uses there wifi. I always feel welcome when I visit Jo's Coffee Shop Downtown.
