Jimmy John's - Mount Pleasant

Jimmy John's is my go-to for a fast, easy lunch. I always get the veggie sub. Very tasty. I've had the Italian sub and it was ok. I like the rewards program since I go a lot I get a free sub every so often or bag of chips. Love the drive thru option and they do get you thru freaky fast.

2:00 on a Tuesday and was told the drive thru was closed because they were “short staffed”. Walked inside to find at least 6 people working. I saw at least because I don’t know if any others were out of view but I saw 6 working up front. How many do you need to operate the drive thru??

We were coming back from the beach and couldn’t decide what to eat we decided to give Jimmy John’s a try. The staff are very helpful and patient they even walked back through the ingredients to make sure I got all the toppings I wanted. After I joined the rewards program, I even got a free sandwich. Very happy I gave Jimmy John’s a try. I couldn’t believe it was ready before I even finished paying for it!! It was the most perfect sandwich and end to the day :

That was the worst JJ I’ve ever been to. The person at the register was rude and too busy looking at her phone to get my order right. She even had headphones on. The staff seemed miserable.

The guy at register seemed like he hated being there and just staring blank at you. I ordered two ultimate porkers. Three people that ordered after me got their orders before me. They didn't call out my order and i had to ask for it. Then I got a condescending answers. I get it, this isnt a job that makes you want to jump for joy everyday, but the least that could be done is having employees that provide a good atmosphere instead of a uncomfortable one.
