Jet's Pizza - Mount Pleasant

First off, YUM! The only downside is that the wait times are a bit longer than I'm used to, possibly due to a lack of staff. However, the food consistently tastes amazing, especially the wings, which I absolutely love! I did encounter an issue, but when I spoke with the business manager, he was polite, courteous, and professional. Everything was resolved quickly.

Now, let me talk about my experience with customer service. I order from here about every other week, and while they occasionally mess up my order, I've never had an issue getting it fixed. They are usually polite and willing to resolve any mistakes, which makes me happy in the end. However, there's one issue that's not unique to this restaurant, but it seems to affect the pizza industry as a whole—especially at their point of sale systems. If I have a voucher for a Pizzeria, why can't I have double pepperoni on one side of the pizza without it being considered an extra topping? Seriously! If a pepperoni pizza has, say, 24 slices of pepperoni, and I ask to have all of them on one side while leaving the other side just cheese, that doesn’t make it a “double topping pizza!” Trying to explain this to some employees (not just here) is like trying to teach quantum physics to a brick wall. One employee told me it's because if one side doesn’t have toppings, they add more cheese to that side, which they count as an extra topping. Did I ask for more cheese? Seriously, what’s going on?!

This is the best Detroit-style pizza you can find in town! The staff is fantastic! While the prices are slightly high, you can find coupons and deals that make it more affordable. Thank you, Jets Pizza!
