Bidra med feedbackWhen entering I said we had a reservation for an outdoor seating. No one had any idea that they took reservations. No table was reserved, it was basically first come first serve. The servers were extremely nice but was overworked. They definitely needed more help
Giving a 1 star because of how rude we were treated. When we arrived for our 9:00 reservation (10 min early) the bartender told us “sorry- kitchens closed. You’ll have to go somewhere else” and then just ignored us. Then we were standing in the lobby figuring out where to go and watched another gentleman walk up to the bar and order food to go. We went back to ask if we could do that, and she still said no. Since we were staying in the hotel, we did eat breakfast there the next morning. Food was good, service still lacking.
We had the most wonderful breakfast...poolside. Our host, Michael Stevens, was incredible, making the experience even more memorable. (And the eggs Benedict were the best I’ve ever had!
The bartender was unfamiliar with my drink and didn't inform me of the additional cost for adding another shot. As a result, I ended up paying $11 for the shot in my $12 drink, which was quite disappointing. In total, I spent $26 on a drink that didn’t even taste good. I also tried her breakfast, but it wasn't any better than McDonald's — it just felt cheap.
Some training must be done. long waits for drinks, no water provided, long wait for appetizers, no teller given, etc. a waitress really tried, but the service was really under the standard. remove the open table if they will not use it. the cost of eating is not worth the bad service!
