Dunkin' Donuts - Mount Pleasant

Great service and coffee was met and fresh. Happy to see my Fave Donut.

Not the best Dunkin 's. They run quite consistently from many aromas of donuts (especially on weekends). I come all once in a while and get my child a treat and I would say about 50% of the time they are from the most basic flavors. Fortunately, he is not too picky when it comes to donuts and can be equally satisfied with chocolate glazed Munchin 's or a frosted donut. Last Sunday, I picked up a dozen and they definitely 't have a dozen different flavors left, maybe about 6 flavors available at 11 a.m. This is probably her busiest time, and it is not unpredictable. But the staff told each other, we need to do more donuts, we need more! but no one did. It is quite clear that they are not well managed and underoccupied at busy times.

This Dunkin' on Coleman Boulevard in Mount Pleasant is a well-run dunkin' that made coffee and donuts good. They were in their quality every time I have been here and satisfied with all my orders. They are efficient to get everything ready for larger orders.

I talked to the manager, Hannah, and she was absolutely incredible! She made sure that I would get the right order when I ordered through Door Dash (I had some problems when I had ordered another store), and Hannah went over and beyond to make sure that I didn't just get what I had ordered, but that it was exactly the way I wanted it. It is rare to get such a great service, especially from someone who doesn't get a tip. Door Dash should definitely have an option for you to leave a tip for the person in the restaurant!
