Cook Out - Mount Pleasant

Order taker and cashier were really nice even though they were super busy. My ice cream was delicious and my white cheddar cheese bites were fresh.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options if you love cheese ?

The person at the drive thru was incredibly rude and disrespectful when we were paying for our food to give this cookout location service. They shook their heads at us and asked us “why” when going through the drive thru. After being handed everything but my milkshake that CAME with my tray, I politely asked for my milkshake. The window person very rudely claimed I didn’t order one after I repeated myself twice when ordering. I am extremely disappointed with this service and will not be returning.

Hotdog was bland and lacking flavor but the customer service was great. Cashier made sure everything I wanted was correct.

Jaquasia was very friendly, quick, and sweet. I always love seeing her smile on my lunch breaks. Amazing customer service

This was our first visit to a Cook Out. We enjoyed the variety of fast food options!
