Grandma's Pizza - Mount Orab

I recently ordered a gluten-free pizza with paprika and extra cheese. When they say "extra cheese," they really mean it! The amount of cheese they piled on was more like double or even triple the usual serving, which was fantastic since I love cheese. However, the cheese didn't quite meld with the crust. The gluten-free crust was thin and flat, which is fine if it's crispy, but it ended up being too soft and only partially crispy. It was still enjoyable, and I would consider ordering it again, but there are other local places that also offer gluten-free crusts. If I'm in the mood for a mountain of cheese on my pizza again, I think I'll stick to Grandma's Pizza! When I picked up my pizza, the staff member mentioned that they don't sell many gluten-free crust pizzas, so she was still getting the hang of making them. She said her first attempt was too thin. She kindly gave me this pizza along with one that was crispier, although it was still a bit doughy. The staff was very friendly, and I may try a regular dough pizza next time.
