Bidra med feedbackIt needed a fresh batch to wait so little longer, but it's worth it. Absolutely delicious even from my Italian partner. Friendly staff is a huge plus.
After careful consideration, I'm ready to declare this my favorite food in Mt. Lebanon! From the arancini itself to the pepperoni rolls to the salads, the desserts and pizza, there is something for everyone on this menu. You can't go wrong. Their to-go service is always seamless and COVID protocols are followed to allow for a comfortable dine-in experience too. All of this, plus a friendly and accommodating staff, will have you coming back!
My first experience with arancini was at 6 am crossing the Straight of Messina from the tip of Italy to Sicily. The train was loaded into the hold of the ferry, and we were woken by cabin mates to go to the top deck. Breakfast was arancini, the best fast food invented. Arancini House lacked the Mediterranean Sea and the breeze of a top deck, but the food was excellent. In the Italian tradition of/after long conversation with the owner's mother, I finished my meal with a Lavazzo cafe. Molto bene ! ! Grazie, arancini per tutti di mondi ! !
Great, cozy place tucked away in a professional building in the South Hills. Went in and didn't know what to expect. Had an amazing chat with the owner and now I'm a lifelong fan. Great selection! I chose the Panelle chickpea sandwich (vegan) When you go say Jarred sent ya lol.
I fell in love with this place during my first visit! Growing up in a Sicilian family, I had a fondness for Arancini, just like my Nonna used to make. Although the recipe here is slightly different, the Arancini were absolutely incredible. The staff was incredibly friendly as well. Arancini House has definitely won a new loyal customer. If you're searching for a taste of nostalgia, this is the spot. And if you’ve never tried an Arancini before, you absolutely must!
