Zaxby's - Mount Juliet

I am consistently impressed by the efficiency of this restaurant. My orders are always accurate and the chicken tender meals are absolutely fantastic. I appreciate the large selection of drinks available as well.

I recently tried the Zaxbys menu for the first time and was really pleased with my meal. The fries reminded me of Nathan's fries with a different kind of spicy salt seasoning. The chicken tenders were crispy and fresh, but a bit too salty for my taste – it felt like they were marinated in salt. The coleslaw was crunchy and fresh. I was happy to see that they offered cherry coke as a drink option. I will definitely be returning, especially for the fries.

We recently dined at Zaxby's and would rate it highly compared to other fast food restaurants. The restaurant is well-organized, with clearly marked open and closed booths. We appreciated the dedicated table for Uber Eats and other delivery drivers. The food was delicious, and the staff member who assisted us at checkout was friendly and helpful, especially since it was our first visit. I particularly enjoyed the soda machine with a wide variety of flavors. The only drawback was that sauces did not come with the fries and had to be purchased separately. Additionally, napkins and ketchup were available only upon request, possibly as a precaution related to Covid-19. Overall, we had a pleasant dining experience at Zaxby's.

I visited the restaurant today around 6 and had a fantastic experience with the drive-thru. The customer service was outstanding, the staff greeted me warmly. The food was delicious and fresh, without me even having to ask!
