The customer service is the worst thing I've ever seen. there was no feeling of being received and no respect for the customer. the restaurant timings on the website are wrong and the manager is not even apologetic about it. I had an unpleasant conversation with this manager about the phone and I decided to talk to him while I picked up. he gave a false apology after I had reached the restaurant. I recommended to him to be more courtesy about the phone and he answered, “This is how I do my business.” I only replied, “I make sure that I give my feedback.” I thought this could be due to the quality of the food. but eating was the worst ever Indian eating I ever had. all curries were literally floating in oil and lacking taste. I don't understand how spicy curry can be sweet in taste. very disappointed. that is not an authentic Indian food. even the street vendors in india serve tastier food as this!

Would not recommend this place, possibly the worst Indian restaurant I have ever been to. The place was freezing. Water was served in a plastic jug. Food came out pretty fast but the rice and naan came out 5 minutes after the rest of the food and the naan was a bit odd. Food was ok although lacking in flavor and quiet small. The meal was also quite expensive. Service was nice enough although I feel could improve with some hospitality training. Also toilets were not in a great state.

We have ordered chicken biriyani yesterday.. It's was tasteless. When we called him for feedback, he was not bother to listen that. He is spooling India name.

I am always apprehensive when trying out new places to eat, particularly in small country towns. The main question that goes through my mind is, will they be able to provide me with a meal that not only satisfies my dietary needs but also tastes good? The answer at Hot Million is yes! The owner was a very attentive to my request for no onion, no garlic, gluten-free and Pescatarian. He crafted a lovely butter fish dish and was concerned that if it didn't taste good to me, it was a waste to him. I wish all hospitality staff had this attitude! My partner devoured his lamb rogan josh and garlic naan and my accompanying saffron rice was nicely cooked. Hot Million appeared to be the only place open in the centre of Mount Beauty on a September Monday evening and I was very glad we hadn't driven around to find something else. Cheers!
