Friendly staff, great food. Could speed up the drive- through though. Waited 15 mins. Faster service. But great place

Employees touch food after handling money and then hand the food to their patrons. I sent this message to the restaurants FB dms, I was left on read. I followed up a few days later and was left on read a second time. So, now I 'll post it here for all to see. Sent Aug 31, 2023. Earlier this evening my fiancé picked up our online order. He arrived at the 20 min wait time, our order had not even been started yet. While he waited for another 20 min, he watched as two employees handed fries with their bare, unwashed hands. They did so after handling pens, cash, the registers, etc. I wouldn 't be bothering to write to you if this was the only time we had witnessed this. However, just last week I witnessed an employee do the very same while bagging fries for the customers in the drive thru and handing them out of the window. Again bare handed and unwashed after handling the register and window. Also, our order was short 1 of the 3 ranches we ordered. I am a lifelong resident of Mount Angel and have been visiting Burger Time throughout. Over this summer we ordered from your establishment at least once almost every week. I 'm sorry to say that we are now hesitant to do so again.
