My recent visit to Starbucks left much to be desired. Eager to indulge in a Matcha Creme Frappuccino, I was disappointed to hear that they had run out of whipped cream. Despite this setback, I was offered a solution: cold foam for an additional charge.While I appreciated the effort to provide an alternative, I couldn't help but feel that charging full price for an item missing a significant component was unreasonable. The suggestion of an upcharge to make up for their oversight only added to my frustration.To exacerbate matters, the cashier's attitude towards the situation was less than satisfactory, bordering on rude. This lack of professionalism left a sour taste in my mouth, figuratively speaking, and solidified my decision never to patronize this location again.In summary, my experience at Starbucks fell short of expectations due to both service and pricing issues. I hope that the management takes steps to address these concerns to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.
Slow, not friendly at all. Had to ask for sleeves for hot coffees, lid was not on one, so I had hot coffee running down my hand. Left wishing we had gone to McDonald's instead.
Drinks are not made right. No one ever and I mean ever answers the phone to fix it either.
Whatever system they have in place is not working at this location.
