Lu Joe's Lounge - Mount Airy

The place looks like a biker bar (and part of it is) but the food is great and the service is super friendly.

Mt. Airy gem! I had a delicious Mai Tai while waiting for friends, then took home some of the best Drunken Noodles I've tasted! No pic of noods, as they were devoured. ?Locals at the bar were welcoming, especially Terri, . Ordered only the noodles so I'd have a reason to go back!

Parking: Always plenty of parking right next to the place

Drive out of the way for great food.....burgers, steaks ....and Thai.Local bar and dining room.

Well, the crab cake sandwich was amazing and so was the mozzarella sticks. The fries however didn't taste good. On top of that I brought my boyfriend along, he loves trying people's pizza. So he ordered a 10 pizza, the pizza you can tell was pulled out early due to color of crust, and the cheese distribution wasn't good, some slices had more cheese than others and he overall wasn't happy with it. So I gave him my coleslaw to eat, hoping that might help his hunger and he took one bite and spit it out saying the coleslaw tasted warm. It wasn't our best experience. Parking: At least 20-30 spots Wheelchair accessibility: There is Handicap parking and a ramp.
