Bidra med feedbackI ordered two Nashville hot chicken littles and ended up waiting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, even though there was no one in front of me. When I finally received my food, I noticed that the Nashville hot sauce was on the wrapper instead of on the sandwich. How does that even happen? The chicken was cold, and to make matters worse, there were no napkins in the bag. Additionally, the drive-thru window was absolutely filthy; it was hard to see through the grimy, greasy fingerprints. I’ve attached some photos so you can see for yourself. And to top it off, when we arrived, the drive-thru worker was just sitting on the sidewalk by the front door, distracted by her phone. This location could certainly use some better management.
Fantastic buffet! Coming from the West, I'd never experienced a KFC buffet before, so I was a bit unsure at first, but it was amazing. The food still had that signature KFC flavor, if not even better. There were so many side dishes to choose from. It was definitely a great deal. The staff were friendly, and the local patrons were wonderful to interact with. Even a few hours later, I'm still thrilled about the experience. This is hands down the best KFC I've ever visited.
The woman at the window this evening was friendly and efficient. I ordered two famous bowls for myself and my young children. However, when she passed me the bag, she handed it upright, which meant that both bowls were turned on their sides. When I got home, I found that half of the chicken was burnt to a crisp, making it unappealing for my picky eaters, who refused to eat it because they thought it looked "yucky." Cheers!
