Cuba - Mosta

The place is relaxed and popular but the food is very average and the ribs need serious work!! Also a full rack looked more like a half rack! We asked for brown sauce like HP) and were told they only had some mystery brown sauce which they charged €1.50 per smallish saucer of this unnamed concoction, while the Ketchup and Mayo was free!!! You need to spruce up your act. The staff are very average and don’t listen to requests well : you need to manage this place better!

The menu is very diverse and features many different Cuban dishes in addition to those food items you will find in restaurants in Malta. It can accommodate a large number of patrons and outside seating is quite nice. My dish was nicely presented and very generous portions, bit the chicken filets were overcooked and quite dry. It was very flavorful and tasty, with Cuban rice that was outstanding.

Food and service were good. We had the burgers which were juicy and tasty. One little thing was that chips weren't included in the meal and had to be paid extra.

A great place for casual dining with family and friends. We were there early and happened to experience Happy Hour on cocktails. Service was quite good and servers had a smile when food and drinks were brought over. Quite a varied selection of food on the menu catering for all tastes and dietary requirements.

The food is great but the service leaves much to be desired. 1st 15 minutes to be seated, then 15 minutes to get the order taken, then 1 he for food to arrive on the table. Terribly understaffed and the waiters here have mastered the art of hearing you and completely ignoring you.
