Very unfriendly staff, service very slow and themselves do not know how to explain what they have on the menu.They do not know the difference between cow and pork meet.There were 8 of us. The bill was divided into 4 parts and the waitress asked each of us for a bonus payment when issuing the bill. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Objednány 4 různé pizzy, kromě bramborové, kterou jsem zatím objednávala jedinou, to byla hrůza a děs. Nedokážu hodnotit zda je to aktuální problém nebo ne. Ale pizza syrová vypadala, jako by ji někdo udělal před měsícem a dneska ohřál, pizza s cibulí a kukuřici jedna velká mastnota a žádná chuť. Pizza Hawai no já už ani nemám slov. Takže pizza z Nautica asi dneska naposledy. A doufám, že čtyři lidi a jeden záchod přežijí noc.

The atmosphere was nice, and the soup was excellent. If my friend and I had only ordered the soup, we would have been completely satisfied. However, we also decided to order dessert after our meal. What we received was a tiny, stale piece of what looked like cake, measuring about 2x4 cm. It was a dried-out, flavorless crust topped with dry gelatin. There was nothing creamy or cheesy in between the crust and the gelatin. The gelatin was so shriveled that it couldn't even be cut and just came off in one piece. The dessert was served plain, with no garnishes. My friend and I both tried a small corner of it and, feeling disgusted, returned it, stating that it was inedible. Despite this, the waitress charged us 59 CZK for this uneatable piece. When I pointed out that we should not have to pay for it, she simply repeated that she had taken care of it in the kitchen. Unfortunately, I am personally disappointed, and even with the great first course, I won’t be returning to this restaurant.
