Larumba Mexican - Mossy Head

Went out to eat for I thought a very nice dinner for Mother’s Day and needless to say my mother day was ruined. I ordered 2 plain tacos with meat and cheese only and my 2 kids ordered a kids meal pizza with fries . My son received his pizza with fries and my other child didn’t get hers and I received 2 tacos with everything on it so I sent them back. 30 minutes later after my son was already finished finally my little girl received her pizza with fries and I still didn’t get my 2 plain meat and cheese tacos. At that point I was aggravated because something so simple to make they failed to deliver just simple customer service. If it was me and I owned the business I would be looking for better servers and better cooks. Something so simple a server should have corrected it immediately and simply fixed the problem. A manager didn’t bother even coming to talk to me and the server did nothing as well. But when I received my check my order came out to be over $70.00 . Food was not worth it. Service was not worth it. Worst experience of my life especially it being Mother’s Day you would think that they would of tried to make my experience better but they didn’t even bother! I’d recommend going elsewhere for sure if you want just simple good customer service

Been great almost every time I have been here, only had an issue 1 time that the waitress didn't come around for a half hour each time, manager took care of me. Food is always delicious.

Without a doubt, the service was very good, I had the waiter JULIO, he was very kind and always interested in us having a good time. Without a doubt a very good time!

I ordered a 3 simple flautas, that took them 20 minutes to get my order ready. I received it and it was just the plain flautas , no sauce, lettuce or cheese it usually comes with. I am not sure if they have a new cook but they were plain and flavorless, and the pork one did not taste good at all.P.S. The girls that work there look miserable they need to smile and be more friendly, maybe take a course on customer service

Food was VERY good. Staff not so much. It looked like 99% of the staff where under age. When we were do e we asked 3 different ppl for to go plates and took me going to the bar and asking to manager before we received them.
