Terrible. burger was literally freezing as it had been cold. I'm going back in to get a new one, and the old guy doesn't see me in the round.

Out of things on the menu a lot, service is lacking. Service is absolutely not friendly and matter of fact attitude. I told them an item was missing, and they said it's in there. I was right, and they were wrong. I have talked to several people in our area who are quite going there either because the staff is rude and arrogant and stuffy and or out of items regularly. Sad our group used to go there 2 to 3 times a week, spending several hundred dollars. Well, go to McDonald's or whataburger Or Taco bell They treat us better and not out of items all the time. And if you go through drive through.. They will really get you big time, and then you have to go in to get it fixed, and it defeats the drive-through experience . God forbid you drive home and find out you got jacked at Wendy's. Ol' Dave is turning over or spinning in his grave.. Sad but true and factual. I am decent in my reviews as you can see and give Bennifit of the doubt, but 7 plus times is more than enough.
