Wendy's - Moses Lake

I have visited multiple Wendy's locations, and unfortunately, this particular one has repeatedly forgotten to include items I ordered or has given me the wrong items. Even when the receipt clearly shows my order, they still manage to get it wrong.

I recently visited this Wendy's and found that it had the best atmosphere I have experienced in a while. While their food is consistent in quality with other locations, the pleasant interior greatly enhances the dining experience. They even have some couches near the fireplace where you can relax and enjoy a coffee after your meal.

The restaurant should improve the consistency of their food quality. When I ordered the Baconator-Fries, I was disappointed to find only a small portion served to me. It seems like they need to take their time to guarantee better quality control.

We stopped here a few times on our road trips from spokane to lunch. this time it was different. first they had locked the front door because it broke the closure and it would close. it was humorous to see that everyone goes up to the door, then turn around and walk all the way around the outside seat guard to get into the building. I felt bad for all old people who had a hard time to foot. the inner was a chaos; broken soda machine, furniture was kind of shattered and it felt dirty. amazing how a brand restaurant could go so fast into the dumplings.

Eli at the Wendy’s in Moses lake is awesome! He is always so happy and chipper. He makes my day every time I drive through. Get that man a raise!
