Bidra med feedbackExcellent service, food, and atmosphere. All twelve of us agree that this was our best restaurant experience in Italy. Rosanna took great care of us. We tried all the appetizers and each were fantastic. Between the twelve of us we tasted all first, second, and desert courses. Both Rosanna and the chef were perfection. The house wine was excellent (via. Flavianno). Rosanna spoke little English and was extremely patient with my attempt at Italian. They did bring an English speaking person in to take our orders. If you're in the area, don't miss out on this great dining experience.
Set I a beautiful old house on the top of the hill on the road out of Convento. There is inside dining in a stone vaulted room or outside dining under a large canopy. I really liked this place but opinions varied in our large group about the food so only four out of five. Having said that I feel that you need to know your way around the menu. As in all proper Italian restaurants there ar the usual choices of antipasti followed by the first pasta) and second meat) courses followed by deserts. We had mixed hot and cold starters and I really enjoyed the hot ones which were a bit different to the usual assortment of prosciutto, cheese, salami etc. Pasta dishes were varied and there was a very good truffle gnocchi too truffly for some) and a nice ravioli dish. Stand out dish though was a goat dish which was sublime. Staff were extremely helpful. The wine we drank was rustic but very cheap and overall this was an lovely authentic place to eat with very reasonable prices £20/head). It's a strong recommendation.
Very little English, but wonderful people and the menu is in English so it is easy to get by, the people are so friendly and do everything to please!! Excellent, food and wine in a beautiful little place! and extremely well priced!!! For those not familiar with Italy, it is normal to order shared Antipasta first, then a pasta meal as your secondi and an additional meat meal for main if you have room do try the desert and the grappa! Coffee is good too but may very well keep you awake! Only opens at 8pm and we sat and chilled and relaxed until closing time : fun times...

In the hills of Mosciano, troverai questo ristorante che offre principalmente piatti tipici della cucina abruzzese e, in particolare, teramana! Consigliato!
