Friendly staff fast service excellent quality eating. she saw a bit too nice for children, but they were made to feel welcome and had nice eating. great to find the right French kitchen among all savoyard!
We enjoyed this restaurant so much we returned 2 nights later and it was just as good. First night we had a table inside and enjoyed a couple of delicious pizzas, and the 2nd evening the weather was warm enough to sit outside. Great service....Very friendly and attentive. A glass of complimentary limoncello at the end of the evening was a nice touch too. Highly recommended.
We were really disappointed by our visit. We were in a slightly separate space to the main room but we waited twenty minutes to be offered the chance to order drinks. Eventually we had to go and find somebody to order from. When our food...came we were missing items and so we tried to ask again for a salad. We had to ask a third time and 50 minutes later when it arrived the waitress dropped it on the table without a sorry or any acknowledgment. Our food was supposed to be ‘a volonte’ but the salami was removed and not replaced. When we asked for the bill they brought the wrong bill and then as we were debating what to do they ran over to replace it, again with no apology. This was food served without love and without respect I wouldn’t be able to recommend it.
20 high-time guests who visited this restaurant last week had all sickness and diarrhea. my man is still not in order, and yesterday I had to leave him in our sick house. they rushed through him immediately, as his heart rate was so fast and he said he left 0% hydration in his body. he had to sit on a drip and put 2 liters of liquid in his body as an anti-sickness medication. they said if he hadn't come in when he would have gone out later that day. the tantigam of the high time was on the day of its high time in panic, whether he would be able to stand at the change for his braut without running on the toilet. my 8-year-old son had to drive home on Saturday on a plane with sickness and diarrhea. we suspect that it was food poisoning in this restaurant and the bloodtest my man had confirmed yesterday was food poisoning. we were told by another restaurant owner in morzine that this restaurant prepares all their foods and warms it up again before giving a customer who is a great factor for bacteria. if I knew the environmental health in morzine, I would contact them. this restaurant needs a deep cleanliness before someone else is bad and I assume that people only have a size of party that we could ever trace their disease back to this restaurant. I wonder how many other people this last week were bad and do not know where they came from or what they were. I have never checked a restaurant, but what I had last week with my family, who had to sit in the chalet, not to leave in the position, because how bad they felt, my mother, dad, brother, man, child, dancing, onkel, cousins and the rest of the high-time celebration. if this is not a wake up, they call exactly what is in this kitchen and the risks that are taken for bacteria, then this restaurant wants to shut down!
