Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen - Morton

Food is fresh and This was my first time going to A Popeyes and being properly greeted definitely coming back10/10

I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup. After waiting in line for roughly eight minutes, I finally got to the talk box. After telling the woman it was a mobile pickup, she says I have to come inside to pick it up. What? Ok. I go inside and my order is on the counter ready to go. Oh wait. No drinks. Two employees completely ignore me at my attempt to get drinks. Finally a third employee helped. While waiting, I discovered I was missing all the sauces. Even though I paid extra, it just wasn't worth getting into it. By the time I got home, the food was cold. I'm still giving two stars because the food was good after I reheated it. I still do not understand why they couldn't give me my food through the drive-thru window. It was clear the employees were not prepared and the supervisor was unpleasant to work for.This was an audible since Chick-fil-a down the road was closed. I will not return back and will wait for Chick-fil-a to reopen.

Always have a great experience here. Everytime I come here I feel welcomed and at home. The management is run very professionally I am very satisfied in all areas with this

I remember a few years ago there was a back and forth going on between Chick fil A and Popeyes. Maybe even Wendy's....Chick fil A everyday and twice on Wednesday. This chicken ? sandwich ? doesn't come close.
