Dunkin' - Morton Grove

The absolute best Dunkin Donuts ever!!! The donuts are the freshest I had in a seriously long time. The iced coffee was perfect. Employees are on top of it and super super friendly and helpful.Ten stars for service, smiles and freshness!! Parking lot not a good set up though.

Hi I have been a loyal customer for years. I went to go pick up 2 donuts on my visit and because they were closing and had so many donuts left I asked for a couple for my family. I was word for word told that if I want to have them I would have to dumpster dive for them because they won’t give them to me but they will throw them out. I thought this was so incredibly rude and disrespectful. Along with this the workers were smoking in the back. I will never be going here again.

WORST DD EVER! If you like your coffee doughnuts served with a side of ultra right-wing, conservative, unfactchecked thoughts opinions (about the POTUS his family other political things) by the owner himself, then this is the location for you! And if you want to see other right-wing conservative customers nod in agreement, then, you're REALLY gonna love this place! Now, I get that he owns the place can say what he wants, but when you do that in a place of business, in a diverse community, with customers that may have other points of view, that is NOT a smart move! I can only imagine how this guy feels about POCs, women, gays other ethnic minorities! He's just lucky I was in pain uncaffeinated when I visitied this place this morning or I would've gone OFF! Suffice it to say that I will NEVER visit this DD location again I am telling EVERYONE I know about my experience there! For those of you that agree with me, I highly suggest that we ALL start patronizing OTHER Dunkin locations that don't subject their customers to such early morning ridiculousness!

The worker named Jaysh ibahen was very rude. She complained to me about having to change my options on the drive thru and was stressing about customers behind me. She was unprofessional.
