Absolutely the most delicious, beautiful cupcakes. everything from the cake tasting, to pick up was perfect. our guests have swept over the aromes. frosting was the best, not sweet, but creamy. we chose carrots from this world, earthy and saw German chocolate, just to name a few. all were in a single container. - what?

We ordered about 200 cupcakes and a cutting cake for our wedding this past weekend. These cupcakes and the cake were incredible. Everyone is still talking about these cupcakes. Thank you ladies for helping make our special day! The carrot cake ones were by far the favorite! Thank you again and we will be taking about you all for years to come!

Shopped here in the past and loved their individually sized cakes they keep on hand daily! I've already purchased custom cakes at other places in and outside the area and wanted to give this small, local business a try for a custom cake. Unfortunately, it did not work out as hoped or planned. The 2nd pic is what I provided and the first pic is what I received.We did agree that due to timing, the basketball, jersey, sign, and Lakers logo couldn't be added which was fine, but the trim would be the same. I asked what she exactly meant by trim and she said the icing decor on top and custom sprinkles. She said they were rosettes in the photo so I said OK.The drip was not what I expected nor was the icing decor on top or sprinkles. Unfortunately, the 6 4 layer cake is very basic for the $80 price. When I compared the design to another shop (which is really just custom icing colors), it just doesn't compare price wise.I really was looking forward to using this bakery due to all the rave reviews and my own previous experience. I also was disappointed in how this was handled very defensive essentially stating she did exactly what I said and was sorry I felt the way that I did which it's pretty obvious comparing the photos that they are not the same. Taste wise, the cake was dry just as another review has stated. Another bakery I worked with made a slight error in a custom cake, and they handled it gracefully, fixed it within 5 minutes, and gave a small discount which I tried to decline. Customer service is key and will make me a loyal customer forever.Another thing I found odd is they asked for full payment before even starting on the cake. I've had 5+ custom cakes done ranging from $85-$280 at several different bakeries and never once was I asked for 100% payment up front.I still think they make delicious cakes if they're one of the ones they make daily, but I most likely won't be ordering a custom cake again.

Ordered a birthday cake and it came out amazing! The owners knew exactly how to EXCEED my standards. The look, the taste, everything! Just a wonderful experience all around. Thank you guys

Hi there,I have ordered 2 birthday cakes and multiple cupcakes from Kupkake fairy in the last few months. They have all been amazing. My last order was two weeks ago. It was a carrot cake for my Aunt's 80th birthday. The cake had a print out of pictures of my Aunt over the years. It was a beautiful and elegant cake. We flew with the beautiful cake and the cupcakes to Chicago and they made it unscathed for the birthday. All of it tasted amazing and all my big city family and friends loved it!Side note: We had two birthday parties for my Aunt while at Chicago. For the second birthday party, I ordered cupcakes from a local bakery. Kupkake fairy cakes and cupcakes were hands down way better than the top rated bakery in Chicago that I ordered from.I have another birthday coming up in a few days, guess where I am getting my cake from? Yup, Kupkake fairy. Love you guys. Thank you for making excellent products.
