Mi Cancun - Morrisville

Been here a couple times ever since I lived here. I 'd like to say that this place has been going down the gutter for the past couple of years. The actual food itself just seems bland to me and has lost its flavor through the years. Multiple times they 've tried cheating me and my friends with their drink Specials and upcharging us. When we would bring it up to them once we get the bill, they 'd say that we heard you say you wanted top shelf (when in reality I pointed right at the phamplet that listed the special for that prospective day). The food used to be good, but now you 're probably better off just DoorDashing McDonalds or Wendy 's. I would say that you get better service at those chains then this place. Extremely rude and arrogant server who obviously doesn 't like working at the resteraunt. If that 's the case, I think it might be in his best interest to try to look for another job rather then being rude to customers. Extremely inappropriate attitude. The waiters also don 't seem to really like when you ask if you can sit at a booth and seem to be fond of eying each other (when its not even busy and there are close to 10 12 booths that are open). So for the clean shaven and buzz cut (older) gentleman, I 'd recommend fixing your attitude before you decide to continue being a server. Your not that guy pal. Extremely disappointed as this used to be one of my favorite spots. If management is looking at this review, I 'm pretty sure you could figure out who this individual that I am referring to is. (I hope bro isn 't the manager). Now, if you are looking at other Mexican resteraunts around the RTP area, I can list a few. Mezcalito (Durham) (way better atmosphere and drinks are better) La Victoria Mexican Food Salsa Fresh (great food with authentic taste and a homey feel) Cosmic Cantina

Love this place. The atmosphere, food and drinks were amazing. The chips and salsa were the best I ever had. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent food selection and outstanding service. Indoor and outdoor seating. Table side guacamole is not to be missed. Highly recommend!
