Denial - Morrisville

We were in yesterday which was a Friday night. Waitress was great. The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star visit was the fact that the hostess was just chomping away on her gum. It was annoying and she kept at it. The food was all really good. We tried the Truffalo wings for an appetizer and they were really good and crispy. My wife and daughter enjoyed their sliders and i had a burger with jalapeño bacon which was also really good. We will definitely be back soon.

3/2/2024 around 8:30 PM While driving I called a to-go order for my Mom and me. The person answering the phone was not friendly and lacked good customer service. This young man's tone was just unwelcoming and unpleasant. I should have ended my order there but continued. When I arrived at the restaurant there was not any acknowledgment. I advised the front entry counter that I placed a to-go order I wanted to pick up. One individual immediately proceeded to tell me to go to the bar. I was quickly turned around because my order was actually at the front counter. I looked into my order and I immediately recognized that there was no cheese on one burger and the chili I paid for was also not included. The staff were standing around giggling. At what? I'm not sure. Seemed to be young teens with poor customer service and lacked proper etiquette for the restaurant services. I ended up sharing with the Manager here that I was dissatisfied with the service and it was subpar. The prices of the burgers and the services did not align. Management feedback and receptiveness to my grievances seemed scripted and lacked empathy. I paid for things in my order that I did not receive. This is disappointing. Bad Daddy's burgers are some of the best I've had but this location will not see me again. Trust that! What was correct on the burgers (and burgers overall) was good, but not good enough to carry this review over a two-star. The service was just too bad.

Stopped in for lunch on a Friday. The restaurant was fairly full, but we were seated right away. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Our food was great! Burgers cooked as we asked for them, loved the queso as a starter. Classic American food done well.

Their custom BYO salads are amazing. The buttermilk crispy chicken is fried well. You can't go wrong with any of the fruit to add to your salad. Food came out fast this last time we went! Service was good, too. Our waitress checked in on us a few times. The ambiance is okay!

My friends and I met for lunch and they both had delicious burgers and meatless burgers. I ordered a salad which I do not recommend. For $8+ I got a small build your own salad which was a huge pile of soggy, shredded iceberg lettuce with a meager amount of toppings. I paid extra for a piece of salmon which was over cooked but OK. IMO, if you can't offer a decent lettuce shredded? , don't put salad on your menu. This salad was overpriced $17 and underwhelming and most of it was left on the table when we left. I should have returned it but just ate the salmon as we were in a hurry. Burgers Yes! Salads Probably not.
