We drove nearly an hour expecting to get a breaded pork tenderloin sandwich like they have all over central Illinois. We were disappointed to find that their version was a 1/2" thick breaded ground pork sausage patty that had shrunk from cooking and was very greasy, making it difficult for the breading to stick to it. The best part of the sandwich was actually the toasted oversized bun. My wife was also unhappy with her burger. However, the onion rings were good. The service was okay, and the atmosphere was decent. The price per person was $20-30 for lunch. Overall, we would recommend the salad and onion rings.

Second time visiting. First time was so much better. Husband didn’t like his burger; said the onion ring was hardly visible. I had a Filet Cheesesteak on a hoagie roll. I went to this restaurant on a quiet Wednesday night. I had the steak quesadilla with waffle fries, both of which were delicious. The service was good and I would rate the food and service a 4 out of 5. The atmosphere was a 3 out of 5.

They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant dining experience. Atmosphere: 3 - The atmosphere at this restaurant was decent, but nothing particularly special. The decor was nice, but the lighting was a bit bright for my taste. Overall, it didn't detract from the overall dining experience, but it also didn't add anything extra either.
