Eating is okay, but a little expensive. Waiting is long also during the slow times, even if you are the only one there, expect to wait at least 20 minutes for your order. They only serve coke or bottle water/tea, so no refills on anything. In addition, if your order is over $50, they automatically charge an additional 15% reward. For me, the only thing they do is to supply your food to the table (in our case today we have paid them almost $11 to our food at our table of 4). There are no drinks to refill, they do not come to ask if you need anything else, they supply your food in polyfoam containers and you use plastic cutlery, so there are no dishes to do and you delete your own table. What is bliss? I always try to support local businesses, but this will be my last time here and my friends no longer recommend. Bad customer service and greed are why restaurants come and go so fast in small cities!
