Very good staff, everything was great, order received quickly, hot and fresh, breakfast, dine inside

Good food half the time. All the time out of options, no adequate replacements, cold fries every single time we go no matter the time of day. Service is good for the most part but honestly depends on what team you get from day to day. It's literal polaropposites. The food could be fantastic one day and the next day it will be absolutely terrible.

I ordered a simple sausage biscuit combo and had to wait for 45 minutes! When it finally arrived, it was cold and undercooked. The next day, I experienced food poisoning. I'm not certain it came from there, but it's likely.

The location is easy to find, and the ordering and pickup process is straightforward. The food is tasty, but what stood out the most was the excellent staff, particularly Asia, with whom I interacted. She was both friendly and professional, making my experience truly memorable.

The biscuits are fantastic—honestly, they're the only thing I enjoy here since they've eliminated their Southern-style or mild chicken options. My family isn't a fan of spicy chicken, and the tenders are quite bland. On the plus side, most of the staff were friendly, but the first employee we encountered didn't smile or say a word to us. She seemed genuinely unhappy, which wasn't the best first impression.
