Alpine Burrito - Morganton

Was looking forward to trying this place but drove 20 minutes to find out that they were not only closed, but the door was all busted in, looks like they were broken into or vandalized. We were looking at placing an order online something told me not to I'm glad we didn't. The operating hours really need to be changed so that no one makes the drive or places an online order.

Another couple and is really enjoyed our food here. I had quesadilla and they had burritos. Staff was very friendly. Randomly found this place coming back from lake James.

I placed an order on their website, hoping to support a local business instead of using a food delivery service. I even left a generous tip. I was charged and received an email and text with the information about when my food would be ready. The website indicated that they were open. However, when I arrived, I found the front door smashed in, and the place looked abandoned. I checked their Facebook page, which had posts from just a few days prior, but it stated that they were temporarily closed. Their voicemail is full, and I couldn't reach anyone. Now, I'm out $50 without any food and no way to get a refund. I've filed a dispute with my bank. Be cautious.

I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant or placing an online order. The establishment is closed, and their online service is unable to process refunds for orders. Additionally, the phone line is not accessible due to a full voicemail inbox. I was really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.
