Starbucks - Morgan Hill

5 stars, big coffee and a friendly staff. Greetings and smiles all around, made my day.

Bathrooms aren't a priority at this Starbucks, it was messy and stained. Overall it's a cookie cutter Starbucks. You're loitering, exotic coffee blends and bathrooms that are unfettered.

The place is clean and nicely decorated. There is enough space inside and they also have a drive through. However the service here really have a room for improvement. First of all they gave me wrong size of coffee even after they asked multiple times. They also heated up a chocolate chip cookie which I told specifically not to. I waited for 10-15 minutes for a croissant and apparently it was waiting for me, they just didn't call me to pick it up.

Im typically not a big Starbucks coffee girl but man how friendly the staff are here at this location! They are fast and so attentive to your needs, their drive through is so convenient and with their new items on their cold brew menu I have been hooked!

Friendliest Starbucks I have ever visited. The service is great and the custom refresher drink was perfectly prepared!
