Mimosas Gourmet (morgan Hill)

The Denver Omelette is good with egg whites. The hashbrowns could have been a little more cooked.

Country potatoes and eggs were great, would order those again. Chilaquiles werent very flavorful and the gravy for the biscuits/steak had some extra spice (thyme? Sage? that took away from it, wouldve been good without that and the kinda sweet after taste.

Good value on the kids meals, Mini Chocolate Chips Pancake and One Egg Scrambled. There were 4-5 small choco chip pancakes, scrambled egg and 1 sausage...for the other, hash browns, scrambled egg and 1 pc of bacon. The Meat Lovers Skillet was tasty and had 2 poached eggs. Described with lots of meats but the pieces were very small and there was more potato than anything in the skillet plus its costly. Same with the tasty side of Bacon...its 4 slices, thicker than not and a nice bite but at near $3 a slice, needs to be gold coated or something!

Usually super good food but this time the hash browns tasted old , cold and are too hard. The scramble was COVERED in blue cheese crumbles but otherwise has no other flavor. Disappointing.
