Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd - Moreton Bay

I ordered three main dishes online for pickup. I only had to wait for 45 minutes, but the staff seemed poorly trained and unorganized. It looked like it was their first day on the job. When we finally received our meals, they were cold and soggy from sitting for so long. The burgers didn't taste right at all. The management needs to address these issues. My tip would be to check your order before leaving so you can get a refund if needed.

"We ordered 3 Whopper burgers, 4 burgers, and 2 boxes of onion rings. The burgers were disappointing and we will not be returning after the terrible dinner."

Floor dirty koks,spilt ordered food table, had to tell the cleaning staff why not clean them, eating came cold chip.s burger luke warm coffee ok we go to this load regular allways liked it before this, said day ladder on. away from offered us to eat again. said that they did not clean up their act. very dissapointed lost our custom

There is nothing more frustrating when they come home from the running gear and their chip packages are 1/2 full. if they dare to check in the window and point it out, it is a lot to fix. the burgers are really nice.

I'm sorry to say that I won't be going back to Hungary jacks, ordered 2 burgers and fries,, they put so much sauce on the big jack that I couldn't eat it with my hands, had to put on a plate and use a knife...and fork, if that wasn't bad enough, there was basically no lettuce on the bun,, it was so sloppy, the wrapping around the bun was soaked with sauce.. they have lost my as a regular customer, hungry jacks staff need to go back to be trained alot better than what they are,,
