Bravo Burgers - Moreno Valley

We have been coming here since it opened. My parent's fave place since it opened.

This review is for Bobby at this store. I ordered a big breakfast in the drive thru and when I opened it up when I got home, to my surprise, I received scrambled yolk instead of sunny side up eggs that I wanted, and after calling the store to explain my frustration, Bobby made sure I was COMPLETELY taken care of by not only replacing my order, but refunding the original order that was messed up. I absolutely applaud this man for being a kind of manager that you cannot find anywhere anymore for having the best customer service I have seen in years. Thank you Bobby so much for making my experience 10x better then it would have been today. He definitely deserves praising recognition from his corporate office.
