Bidra med feedbackI came to visit my family and decided to get chilles rellenos on the córner last standing while I eat to see maggots on the cheese. I stopped eating and told the lady who served her to eat nothing. help and contacted only another staff. I do not recommend this place at all! only good to eat is foolish as they are served fresh, but nothing else to eat.
Several stands serve rather uninspiring food. the enchiladas were low and the chile relleno were quite basic. but the atole neger was dying. Maybe we usually ate in the wrong places.
On a trip to Patzcuaro, Michoacan, with my young sons, I introduced them to Mexican street food inside the public market on the north side of the big main plaza. Here, at the Mercado de Antojitos, inside the market proper, the merchants and vendors take...repast at a bunch of stalls with steaming, cafeteria-style what-not's, all based around the corn kitchen's concept of little bits Tacos, enchiladas, finger food, tingas, asadas, and so forth. The boys plopped up on big cushioned seats and the senoras were smiling and carrying on, you'd thought an old friend had dropped in. Not only were the prices less precious if not downright bargain, the senoras keep piling on the food. Look for the stall that has the best business and you can't miss. This is one of the last vestiges of traditional Mexican fare. No frills, just the real thing.
If you want to try a taste of the local food you have to go to the Mercado of antojitos where you can eat a big range of the local food. be prepared to try different things and do not worry about the price, it...is very affordable it is located at downtown Uruapan
We first visited in the fairytale and that was one of the places we would eat all day. this mercado( market) has many different options to choose from without having to go far. I tried the morisqueta and it was so delicious. too. if you want something that doesn't stand that little one, but you eat there, they'll just take it to make sure you pay the right person for it. I recommend this place in any case if you want to taste real Mexican food from uruapan.
