Annu Mama Cafe - Mordzhim

It is a small restaurant with homemade food that has 2 seats to sit down and up. The food was simply delicious with the best Thali we ever had in India (not only on Goa). The prices are really nice. It is worth visiting

I visited this restaurant for Christmas and they prepared a delicious Thali meal for me. The best part is that you can eat as much as you want, as they keep refilling the pots with more food. They also offer tea and desserts. The best part is that all of this is served throughout the day on a donation basis. The staff were all extremely friendly and were thrilled when I told them it was the best Thali I had ever had. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience in Goa!

You can visit this café after a tiring day of swim at the Mandrem beach. The café serves hot coffee and amazing hot snacks which are filling and fresh. Overall, good place to munch on amazing items.

Anu Mama's is a hidden gem located off the main road and nestled in the heart of the beach on a quiet side street. Despite its unassuming location, the food is fantastic and reasonably priced, a refreshing change from the overpriced restaurants along the main roads. The dishes are homemade with love, as advertised, and it shows in every bite. Having traveled extensively throughout India, there are few places that make me want to return, but Anu Mama's is one of them. I highly recommend this charming eatery run by a lovely lady who not only excels in the kitchen but also provides incredibly affordable meals.

During my visit to Ashvem, I came across Anu Mama on TripAdvisor and it is a must-visit spot in the area. Located in a small home about a 10-minute walk from the beach, this cozy restaurant offers ground seating with the owner and family chef cooking in the kitchen next door. The food is incredibly fresh and of high quality. We tried the fish thali, which was of solid quality, and the grilled fish, seasoned with a spicy dry rub. The made-to-order Veg Momos had an amazing texture and taste, served with a delicious green chili sauce. The butter naan is always superb. This beautiful restaurant is definitely worth a visit near Mandrem beach, and the quality of the food justifies the slightly elevated prices.
