Sultan's Kebabs Shisha - MORDIALLOC

Disgustet! How can they save it to humans? I feel so restless to throw it out, but I realized that it is not my fault for such a disgusting meal. this box was opened (20 minutes later) so chips are softened in oil. barely any garlic sauce half covered. I took a bite and my mouth was in all the chicken skin parts of the joints. I sat down to search out all skin and chicken parts and realized that the look of him took away my appetit. I'm sure it's even more in the box.

Stood in front of the counter for 25 minutes and the ladies not even take my order or asked me to wait or if someone will be with me or they are closed. it was 7 o'clock on Friday night.

Extremely rude on the phone because he couldn't hear me. very bad customer care and eating was average. the first and last time I will come here

This used to be my favourite place but the last 2 visits will definitely be my last. Whilst the food quality has deteriorated over time (meat was too dried) and dirty tables, the service really kills it. I asked for share plates, and in both occasions/visits, the ladies clearly showed their objection to my request. The lady in my last visit even said ‘if we are busy, we will not give share plates to you and I don’t care’. Well, now they can have plenty of empty plates as I will not be going there anymore

While the food is good and service is generally quite good one staff member is particularly rude and wrecks the whole atmosphere of the store, treating customers like animals and herself like a sultan.... i see why its called sultans kebabs
