Bidra med feedbackOne-dip for a late morning coffee and, tried by the amazing aromas from the tiny kitchen, ended for lunch. It was treated with delicious homemade lasagna, a fresh side salad and roasted homemade bread with pride and care. This delicious lunch beat the disappointing dinner I had in a 5-star restaurant in the night before! Good to stop.
Although this place is called a snack bar, the lunch menu is far more than just a selection of sandwiches or salads. Each day there are 4-5 selections of one-table menus, of which two pasta (homemade egg noodles or durum wheat short pasta), one is vegetarian (e.g. quiche) and a meat dish. There are also weekly dishes, especially in the sandwich area, but also pasta dishes. While you wait (not long) to be served, the beautiful owner (she speaks German, Italian and even Swiss-German dialect) will bring you a basket with homemade Focaccia or full wheat bread. The "Margherita" is ideal for working drinks among colleagues. Of course you can organize an Apèro. The place will be 20 pax. inside and 15 pax. outside. Morning breakfast is more or less what you can get in most bars in the city, coffee, croissants, juices, etc. For me, lunch is a treat, and the quality of food and service are something that slowly disappears in Lugano. I am happy to have discovered this place and I highly recommend it also for tourists who visit the city and who do not know where to go outside the city center (the Margherita is a 15' foot from the main square)
Immer super, hallo Gigiiiiiiiiiiiiii.
Piccolo ma accogliente bar. Bella terrazza all'aperto e deliziosi e sempre nuovi piatti. Congratulazioni.
Posto curato e staff molto gentile. Ottimo caffe! Da provare.
