Bidra med feedbackWe order more than $100 food from here every couple of weeks and have never been dissatisfied. But a recent experience has convinced us that this place has become a landfill. We ordered several articles and fishmasala. The fish had gone bad and was stinking. We've ordered it before, and we never have it so stinking and gummy. I called to let them know so that they can fix it and prevent food poisoning from their other males. The lady on the phone was totally rude and defensive that she served the same fish to so many people today and nobody complained. Extremely poor tone and no frequent courtesy when talking to a customer. Do not recommend this restaurant to anyone... elsewhere for Indian cuisine, instead of spending money here and getting sick.
My daughter here for lunch with her best friend we ordered appetizers and lunch. We spent almost $70 my daughter didn't like to taste her food old and the owner was very rude and refused to offer something else. I would say this is a terrible place to come and spend your money!
I usually do not write negative reviews and I do not send back food unless I can absolutely not eat it. I just want to say that the staff here is incredibly rude of what I can assume is the owner. The food is moderate, but the Peshwari naan we got was burned and the chicken makhni was under season (the owner says it is because it is mild, I had mild makhni in other restaurants and it was much tasteful) and the quality of the meat was bad as in really bad. I felt sick to eat it. This is not my problem, but the service and cleanliness. I barely ate one of them and any other restaurant would have forced the meal while this owner forced my mother to pay for the food that he spent money with it. My mother also went from the kitchen and said the floor was disgusting, but we thought it was difficult to clean floors and we would give him a shot. But I would tell anyone who wants to eat here to look elsewhere. There is a reason why this restaurant is empty on weekends, and if there is not the staff and owners who are rude, it is the food.
I enjoy the food. I ordered chicken Tiki Marsala, taste great, there were only a few pieces of meat. When I talked to the manager, he refused to believe me and argued with me for 10 minutes on the phone. Extremely unprofessional, this will be the last time I order here. I'm sending people here a week. But I have won?t more because as the manager treated me he claims that they are 11-14 pieces of chicken spirit you pay me?m $20 dollars so that you pay 2 dollars for each piece. Sad her is not a quality restaurant left
If I compare food back home and from this restaurant, I would be honest and say it doesn?t match anything to Punjab. I ordered medium spice and everything was sweet. The mint chutney looked so fake it had a strange green color and a jelly like texture. Chicken tandoori was dry. There was more onion and bell peppers in the curry than actual meat. I have never seen bell pepper in curries in india. I was so excited to try the food from here but I guess not again.
