About the excellent customer service of Awara. This man should be a manager (if he is not yet) or in a leading role for mentor others. Its innate and real love, positive energy for others shows in its customer service skills. My mother, who came all the way from Cote D'Ivoire for a visit, was treated so politely and nicely by Awara, not to mention the Burrito he made, was simply AMAZING. Thank you. Hold shine! To Panchero Management: Please know that you have a valuable asset in Awara! Please take great care of him!
I have a chicken Burrito and it was kind of dry. I had acidic shrine and mild sauce.
Food was great! The store could use a good cleaning. Everything was really dusty and dirty.
The bald guy was incredibly rude, told me that he hated me for doubling on everything and was rude for my girlfriend too. Terrible service, didn't let me eat again.
Been going every Friday for years. Always a great meal, except for last 3 times now. Just got back. My wife actually wanted me to just refuse and leave. The guy making, cooking the Burritos has no clue, the Queso was cold and just clumpy. My wife?s Burrito they had to wrap in 2 burritos because it just ripped and fell apart. No draining of the beans, just scoop and dump the juice on with the beans. Next to nothing for Queso on them. Just all and all, 3 bad runs in a row. Not a fan of Qdoba?s but will be going there I think from here on. I am all for hiring new people, but let?s give them some training. I am sad to have to leave there and to actually even post this as there food rocks much better than Qdobas.
