Bidra med feedbackWe agreed to give the Mooresville site another chance. After we spend $44 on lunch and be totally disappointed, we won't eat there anymore. When we came in, we had to wait for the children on the back to stop, deceive us and finally notice us. The tables were dirty, menu selection limited and prices extremely high! This place was a flop from the first day! Although not in their control, the Baja Chicken Bowl is back on the menu, but it is a bad excuse for a remake of the first version. My husband's flat bread was cold and the tasty brunette. The last time we were there, the staff sucked next to our table while we eat, although it was an hour before closing. When I ordered a catering court from this place, it was a huge Fiasco! It was $400 and came up with the worst service and excuses. Try it at your own risk.
Dear Panera Food Server, Please check out the coffee when you spend it. If it does not visibly evaporate much as it goes into the cup, it is not hot enough to serve. It will cool over time when too warm for the customer, but it will not warm up unless the customer takes another step, such as Microwaving, which is not accepted that it is necessary when ordering coffee. Thank you.
I always had problems with this panera. Always. Whenever I have ordered my food, it is consistently wrong. Missing side parts and missing ingredients on main meal. You usually go through the ride that can take 30 minutes, because I don't want to sit in a dirty area. Customer service is much to wish, very controversial and rude. Great food, if properly done, bad service with bad company image.
I like panera, but this was not great. spills everywhere, from tons of various objects, chairs everywhere, although they do not close for 2 more hours. bad representation of a proud company. update: sat down to dinner and my wife's strawberry pope with chicken salad had no earthly and no hay. I had given two stars. 1 star now. no wonder this place has no cars.
Days after they opened this place it?s been horrible! We stopped going for for the simple fact that they can?t get orders right, and their dining area is disgusting! We finally decided to gave them another chance. We ordered ONE item thinking it would be easy! On top of that it is as a salad! I ordered the full Greek Goddess Cobb Salad WITH chicken! My main entree was supposed to be the CHICKEN! I get all the way home and find NO chicken!! On top of that it looked like a half order salad!! How can something so easy be so hard?? I also requested to leave the dressing off. After sitting in the drive thru, I changed my mind. We ask for it at the window. The manager comes to the window and states ?so you requested no dressing, but now you want it on the side?? Wow! Was that a problem? When I called the manager, Chance informed me that he could not give me a refund without my physical card. So now I have to waste time gas yet again to get my money back! He wanted to give me a credit. I declined because I will NEVER go there again! I asked for them to deliver the chicken. He stared that they do not have anyone of age to drive and get it to me!! Wow! SAVE your TIME, GAS, MONEY and avoid this restaurant!!!!
