Panera Bread - MOORESTOWN

Today 11/8/22 At 4 pm I went to Panera for my break, ordered my food and sat at the table to wait for it. Young blonde lady rudely approached me and announced: ma?am, We do not allow someone to sit on the dining area, we have sanitary problem!? Didn't apologize for the inconvenience or even try to give good customer services. I asked her where to wait outside for my food? She said: Yes! Very disappointing!?

This location is fantastic- great holding point. also per tipp: use the POS systems available to order, they can get through all the options and information about ingredients.

I ordered the new spicy chicken for my 8-year-old grandson, thought it was too big. It was $11.00. It was so small that I had to order him children Mac and cheese when it didn't fill him. First picture is the menu image second and third were the actual sandwich. It was a normal size Hamburger Bungalow and the chicken not even covered. $38 for lunch for two children and adults and I got the meal.... ridiculous

Great lunch with young people who are important to me and my children. Who knew children had to ventilate as much as adults? They spoke and laughed and had a great time over their bowls of hot soup and Mac and cheese. I sat back and listened, laughed and consulted, if necessary, while I enjoy my Mexican street corn-chowder.

Our visit here was mediocre at best. I ordered a hot chocolate and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was ok. The hot chocolate was awful, bitter, and did not taste like hot chocolate. They also no longer have the marshmallows with the chocolate chips in them. They remade my hot chocolate and it was much better the second time, but still watery. At least it had some flavor. We also ordered sesame and cinnamon crunch bagels to go. They are ok but do not have much flavor. Please bring the marshmallows back!!!
