Rita's Italian Ice

Hate to say it, but if a place is employed with mostly teens, expect weird attitudes. This blonde kid was so rude with how he took my order. Like sorry for bothering you I think? I asked if they had pup cups twice. I was ignored. When I asked again he responds “uhhhhhh sure?” Like is this really a dumb question to ask? I’m curious! Then he doesn’t even give it to me. My bf stands there a couple minutes waiting the guy just never comes back up. Had to remember he is probably like 17 before getting ghetto. Thankfully there is another Ritas nearby.

I would strongly advise others to avoid the trouble associated with this location and instead use the Rita’s located at the Moorestown Mall. I have run into numerous issues on multiple occasions over the past few weeks at this location due to lack of training and poor customer service. Today, I was overcharged by for multiple items I purchased by staff members DJ and Gabby. I ordered two small misto shakes, a large misto shake, and a small water ice but was incorrectly overcharged $1.40 extra on the two small beverages and nearly 0.75 cents higher on the large beverage, the staff ringing all the beverages up as concretes which were priced significantly higher. On top of that, I was asked at least 5 times by staff to repeat my order which was quite frankly ridiculous seeing there was a notepad sitting in the window. Upon looking at my receipt and seeing that I was overcharged, I informed the Gabby of such. She apologized and stated that the boy she was working alongside, DJ, told her to ring up my items simply as concretes then proceeded to ask me again what I ordered. I empathize with the staff, as they do appear to be sweet individuals but the repeated issues that occur are unacceptable and disappointing, I will not be returning again.

?? OMG!!! I had the BEST Rita’s Italian Ice service “EVER” because of “Taegean aka Lady T????” ? !! NOPE I may NOT have spelled her name correctly ? because I didn’t want to hold up her line ???? BUT, do want to RECOGNIZE this young lady for “Lady T’s” AMAZING Customer Service and, friendly service with a “BIG” smile!! ?????!! KUDOS young lady and Rita’s for earning mg 5-Star Google’s Map Review tonight ? ?????!!! AWESOME JOB Lady “T”!!!NOPE!!! I am not a Rita’s fan because they ALWAYS have long lines but I WOULD wait in any Rita’s line for “Lady T’s” AMAZING Customer Service ???? ?????!!???????? KUDOS “Lady T” and Rita’s on a job well done!!

The service was BEYOND slow yesterday. There was only 1 teenaged boy working on a summer afternoon!! I had 2 people in front of me and it took 30 min to get my kiddie size water ice! Learn from Maple shade custard stand...they have huge lines but have 3 windows! Last week I wanted a gelati and the girl said the custard machine was broken! Like why?

Decent basic flavors, Rita 's has an app but NO LOCATIONS have the setup to use said app. So that free small ice you earn for downloading the app, yeah it 's a joke. It expires before you 'll find a location to honor it.
